I find these great for isolating certain back muscles, but really repetitive. I think that's the point? Definitely feel a good burn, but not in my lower back or sides so much. So many rows lol….going to search for another back workout to feel complete, Midas is good and Tiff x Dan for covering a variety. You're great for muscle building though !

This one was really hard 😀 . Been following for 3-4 months now, and i worked my back up from a damage-to-be-disc herniation if i didnt do something. Now – i have reached to point where i can actually start running (still in the small but huge improvement) – so thank you very much – credit to these series 🙂

¡WOW! I like RENEGADE ROWS but this ROTATING RENEGADE ROWS were crazy… didnt expect that and almost fell on my face… interesting!

Loved this workout but was really tough I find the plank position really make me puff and get hot. I’m strong now to be able to hold planks but lifting the weights feels like a cardio burst. I used 10kg. I have to put my palm done for rows as the weight I have rolls away. First time using yoga Block! Loved it. Thanks Caroline xx
