I watched tons of workouts online but I only liked lucy's so much! It helped me lose weight and be confident again… After I gave birth to my 2nd, I decided to get back in shape. I started in May 2019, I can't seem to find an exercise I love to do but good thing… I found lucy's channel and been working out watching these since august 2019… Good to see new videos uploaded!

Lucy – I cannot ever decide which of your workouts are my "favorites" as I have really loved each one of the many workouts with you I have done. However, this workout was defintely one of my favorites! It was challenging, but easy for me to follow and do safely. I found myself sweating without even realizing how hard I was working. I can't thank you enough for your expert instruction and guidance!
