Love your videos. My wife and I are over 55 and trying to improve our flexibilty. We exercise to your videos almost every day. We tend to get stiff after long walks. Videos for this would be helpful. I would also like a video for my wife as she gets pain in between her shoulder blades (upper back near her spine) when standing for long periods of time, especially after washing dishes. You are making such a difference in our fitness. Stay safe and healthy for New Year's 2022.

I am so tight in my hips and hamstrings, struggling to do exercise workouts. At the beginning of this routine I couldn’t sit with my legs crossed, had to get a foam roller to sit in, by the end of this short session i could, very gingerly, sit crossed leg with my bottom on the floor. This will become part of my daily routine.

Edit: This was my first official yoga session and I loved every minute of it, I almost gave up laughing to myself “this can’t be for me… I’m horrible at this, then after taking my time and Persistently pushing forward it got easier… I’m not a quitter however being flexible is always one of my hardest things to be in life…

At 18:50 your yoga pants blend in with the background. I came out of shavasana and thought either I was going crazy or you had suddenly become extremely flexible, since your knees were invisible. Lol!
