I did only half, because I'm in a rush to work, but this is the first time ever when I woke up earlier to workout, so I'm very happy. Also it's a beginner-killer.

Day 1: reached 46% I give up Im so tired, I skipped some seconds in some of them but I'm proud of myself I did more than yesterday (i was interrupted by my mom coming home)
Umm I never actually did it again but I'll try my best, the problem is that I'm hiding in my room but I can't close the door and I can't do it on my upper bed

wow this is hard. My motion sickness is bad and 15 minutes in and I'm throwing up.
It's the push up, squats that get my head moving and I can't go further thatn this. Stopped after superman.
I'll try a different workout video from you instead, that doens't require this much head movement

I wanna start exercising more, although these HIIT scare the shit out of me. I’ve been struggling with mental health and haven’t really left the couch in a year lol.
I do have some questions
1. Does it matter what time of the dat you do these workouts? Is there anytime you’d recommend?
2. Do you need any warmup before this? I’m afraid if I do this with absolutely no exercise experience i might hurt my body exercising this intense
3. How often do you recommend working out? I know consistency is key, but does that mean every single day or a few times a week?

Too hard for this beginner
Did this and thought I was dying lol!! Not easy at all. If you’re a beginner and a bit chubby/fat, don’t force yourself to get through the whole video/do a different movement for those seconds! I got through it but was sore for a whole week like… REALLY sore lol!
But I hope to get through it every other week (baby steps) while going to the gym. My thighs obviously need the work.
