I started with a warm-up from your other videos for seniors and beginners. Same exact workout exercises. Today I accomplished this workout with a chair and feeling superbly marvelous. I followed along with your program while listening to my music to keep up with the routines

I'm 53, have a crunchy right knee, I smoke, and I'm overweight. This morning I got up early and decided to get some exercise. My wife had told me about Hasfit. Well, I'm still sweating from my 1st 25 minute workout, and it was great! I'll be back for more! Great stuff!!

This is a great workout, very thorough and you will get out of it whatever you put into it. I just wish there was a cool down included! But that won't keep me from coming back to this again and again.

On the second round I added a resistance band above my knees where it was possible. It turned out to be a nice way how to up the challenge.

I enjoyed your workout, easy to follow, manageable. I like it a lot where participants can choose to follow either one of you. Along the way, you explain the posture and both of you show us the side view posture. This is particularly helpful to ensure we do it correctly. Keep up the good work.

This was a great video. There are many good videos but I enjoyed this video best. I used to be very active with weight training and martial arts but recently was diagnosed with a debilitating condition which has forced me to give up my favorite past times and basic life activities and to find a video that I found motivational and helpful was what I needed. Due to my contain ibwasnt able to do any floor activities but had a good pump with the rest of the video and also "modified" it to work for me. Thank you very much for a video that has brought back the joy I would get with just the thought of going to the gym. See you at my next work out!
