Just a suggestion: I think your newer videos fix this, but the countdown timer during the break completely cover up being able to see what the next exercise coming up is! At least while watching from a tiny phone screen which is on the floor…

Buddy I love your channel and videos – but the countdown numbers on the previews cover up what the next exercises is gonna be, so I have to wait until you’re doing it for real and then skip the video back to the start of the rep. Would be an amazing video but those countdown numbers stop you from being able to keep up the intensity. Please move them!!

Can i use the same weight for all exercises. I only have one set of adjustable dumbells and it's a pain to keep switching them around
