She speaks so fast and demonstrates too fast.
I started this workout this week. I’ve already done it 3 times this week. I break a sweat each time. Thanks for putting this together and sharing.
i did not like this workout. Her other workouts are normally good and much better compared to this one.
What are the reps per set
To be honest…. I didn't really like this. Its just not for me. Didn't really feel like the reps were consistent 😕
