Lead by example. Do the full routine yourself. Stop taking rests
Do the whole session. Stop taking breaks. If you can’t do the full exercise don’t expect others. Very disappointing

The workout was pretty good, but they talked entirely too much. It was a bit annoying and distracting.

inch worm to full plank to runners? How is anyone not in shape supposed to stay in that position for 3 minutes straight, twice? Sorry, this is an example of a poorly planned workout for its audience.
