      I kept upp with most the workout, up until the 8 minute mark, then I slowed my pace and did more easier workouts most the way. Dude's a beast!

      just started doing this one after only doing the 40 minute full body workout for a couple months. I think that this one is actually harder and I cant wait to see the toning and gains I will get after doing it more often!

      I started doing YouTube workouts a few years ago when I sustained an injury that no longer lets me go to the gym and lift heavy. I do mainly cardio and bodyweight stuff now . Bullyjuice is easily my favorite and this might be the best full body workout there is. Appreciate you man.

      I just finished trying out this workout and i gotta say i loved it!!$ checked my bpm and it was 127 when usually at rest im 64-74bpm sooo i love it since it really gets my heart elevated and im trying to lose about 13-15 more lbs so im focusing lots on cardio atm and doing IF and Keto soo im grinding
