I'm being doing your abs and my tummy hurts like hell. 😬😬 I notice my tummy more defined but Need to lose belly fat specially lower. I get bloated easily, so it just a problem.

I always have problems with waist exercises, I can't breath during them and it seems like everything is too hard for me even tho I can easily workout on legs or arms. Even tho this is labeled easy I could not finish it. Is there something I can do to improve it?
