you cant lose fat in a certain body part you lose fat everywhere all at once lowering slowly that is why progress is not that visable early on

But no these fitness videos are definitely helpful, about a month ago I was near 330lbs, I knew I was fat but since I am 6'1 I didn't know how fat. Now I'm 303lbs I've been eating less red meat, drinking more water and teas and cut off sodas but I no matter how much I work out my man boobs continue to make me feel like I've not improved at all. So this step tutorial definitely taught me what it is I should be doing
From my personal experience, chest fat was the next area that burned after my face fat. So it’s actually very achievable / the change you notice with fat burned off propels you to the next level, so be sure to take pictures for progress. Don’t need to share them if you don’t want to, it’s really just for yourself to avoid body dismorphia in a time of rapid change.
