Day 3 done! Super sore hamstrings, glutes, & shoulders/triceps (I do wall pushups during the rest times). This is perfect because I can do it in my office at work!
Update: Just walked up & down a set of stairs… sore quads have entered the chat….
My 8th day
Started today. Really feel good
At a beginner level squat jumps are not recommended. Would bettet be skipped or replaced by side squats.
My thighs yoooo
Am I doing it wrong if my thighs hurts (in front mostly, but also on the back) but I dont feel nothing in my butt? Idk Im just asking, maybe youre not supposed to FEEL anything in the butt and it just gets bigger because the thigh muscle thats directly below gets bigger and thus lifts the butt up. Maybe im wrong, do you guys know?
Quite literally the only workout on youtube iv'e managed to complete as intended in over 2 months of (trying) to work out. Dont know if this is because its intended for morbidly obese people or mainly targeted at women (and Im a dude in his 20s) but I feel a lot of satisfaction nonetheless. I really needed this after watching something like 30 videos where I got like one third on the video before giving up in pain. This means a lot to me and gives me the oomph needed to feel like I CAN do it, slowly but surely. And now, we get a little better everyday.
