👌👌👌since a week doing it. I do all of the above except slow burpees and forward jump. Plz can u suggest a substitute exercise for these two . I am 75kgs at present and i do have lumbar and cervical spondilite but still i can do all of the above except the two that i mentioned . Plzzz any alternative suggest.
