I wanted to do something a little less hardcore after my caroline girvan workouts today. This was great. Just difficult enough that I liked it but didn't quit from being too tired. I loved the all standing as well. Thank you for a great video.

This looked easy when I was doing my lil pre workout watch but baybeee… kicked my ass. Loved it. The perfect example of low impact and high intensity can't wait for do more of your workouts!
