Just had my fourth baby my stomach is like no good just hanging down so bad, it breaks me dawn and I have started doing this workout hopefully it will help me out. Currently 82.6kg I was 60kg but thanks to having children 👧 😊

What weight should a beginner 62 yr overweight female start with?
I am or was an avid runner for years due to CV and my after CV affects it has been hard getting back to my body. However, I have learned so much during that time about weights and the huge difference and benefits. I found you two and I love the work outs.

Is this workout safe to do on a daily basis.?
YOU GUYS. I’ve never been able to do a plank for more than 10 seconds (I’ve always worked out, yoga, running, swimming, etc, but just started strength training with these videos in January) AND I JUST DID THE ENTIRE 45 SECOND PLANK, NOT FROM MY KNEES, BUT THE BIG BOY PLANK!! I’ve put in so many hours with Coach Kozak and his positive spirit and motivation kept me going this whole time.
Maybe it’s just the workout endorphins but I feel so proud of myself that I could cry. Thank you so much for this free resource, it means the world to me. 🙂

So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I.e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell). But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive…. but!!! Overall quality bestgym.equipment and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell.
In January 2020, I was in the best shape of my life. More confident than ever. Everything was great. Then I injured my hip pretty severely in a kickboxing injury. Then Covid hit. I fell into a deep depression and I still haven't recovered. Im trying to dig myself out but its hard to keep my head above water, let alone remember to breathe…Now, I have to start over after a 35 lb weight gain over the last two years. Thanks for your workouts. They helped me then and I am hoping they can help me get back into the groove of things and get it done again.
