beginner here. when I'm doing the pushups I keep falling on my face because either my legs or my arms give out. I settled for doing knee pushups for 2 minutes instead of one minute (to compensate for the fact that im not doing proper push ups). anyone got any advice to help me do proper push ups?
All i need is 30 min…. i thought to see result it would be an hour or more of weights

Hello! If I’m reaching my limit on the push-ups should I just stop or should I go to the modified push up form where my knees are on the ground? I’m thinking this will help me at least get use to the form and maintaining it.

Like im still so????? because I've always been very slim, with no muscle mass whatsoever and miss depression was kicking my ass, so i decided that was enough. I found these videos on my recommended after searching for videos on how to start working out and the answer was right there: you just have to start. That's it.
I'm really grateful for these amazing workout routines, like, it's been a game changer for me because i can do it from home in between work and studying, i feel strong and excited for each workout day. Thank you so much for this, Caroline, really ❤️ You're a baddass 🙂
