As you can see, I bought these weights in 2015. Best piece of equipment I have ever owned. Everytime I do a workout, I have the perfect weight available just a dial away. I barely write reviews, but something that has held so well after more than 6 years of use deserves a review.

Pushing 30 years old and when i first tried this workout (without weights) i literally couldn’t walk for 3 days. And now i’ve been doing it for a month with 10 pound dumbells☺️.
