first time doing piltes, i got myself a mat and wanted to try it out hehe, i've never felt both completely engaged and stretched in the same workout!

I’ve only recently discovered your channel and I love your videos! I love how calming and reassuring your voice is. I really struggled with trying to make a routine out of HIIT workouts because of how intense they are and I find it a bit daunting, stressful and intimating to keep them up. I used to have a horrible relationship with exercise and would use it as punishment… but not anymore, your videos are so uplifting and leave me feeling confident and calm, past me would never have thought I could feel that with a workout… so thank you, this was amazing!
hey, i think you must put the disclaimer on the top or put on the intro. feel discomfort on my neck at around 7 minutes but glad i realize it's not for me before something more bad happen, i think beginner shouldn't start with this level too better start with the very gentle one
