I am gonna make 2 week challenge of doing this workout everyday.
Beginning : 72kg, 176cm. Kinda fat.
Day 1: That was rlly difficult, I was sweating soo much and couldn't even speak normally after training. Tomorrow will update 😊
Day 2: Well it was kinda easier. Feel pain in legs and did more stretching. Toorrow will update 🙂
