Been lifting heavy for months and I couldn't keep up. Excellent full body workout that definitely got my blood pumping!
The workout itself was nice, but the transitioning between the moves tripped me up a lot. There were no verbal queues, meaning I had to scramble out of position to squint at my screen to see what was coming next, then scramble to set up with a few seconds to spare, often having to pause to prep for the next move. Having verbal instructions to know what's coming and how I need to position would have taken some of the stress out of the whole process. =/

It wasnt bad. 10 seconds is just not enough time to keep up! And some of the workouts are awkward

The only thing that stands out in my opinion is the lack of recovery between the exercises.
I had a nightmare…I was trying to run from a monster salami pizza…but my legs were barely moving despite all my effort…i looked down and…I was wearing a booty band! noooooooooo
This was awesome! I am currently 16 weeks pregnant and I am without weights for the next couple of weeks. I do have some bands with me, so I happened to search for workouts on YouTube and found this. This was exactly what I needed. I did need to modify some of the workouts to take some pressure off my core, but overall I absolutely loved it!
