I have never associated myself with newborn foal struggling to stand on its legs, more than after this workout. But I'll keep doing it until it feels like a breeze 💪🐎

I do both riding real horses and hobby horses, these are both things you need lots of strength in the leg muscles for! I found this leg workout and it’s awesome 😻🙌 definitely had to take some break but it went better than I expected haha, thanks Anna❤️🙌
I added this routine to my 30 day exercise goal! I was shooting for leg strength and muscular definition and I’m on day 24 of this routine. Holy cow my jeans are baggy in the butt and my legs are looking shaped with definition! Not to mention “goodbye tight hamstrings!” Love this workout!! Super excited with the way they fit in my lulu’s!! Next month I’m doing a 30 day challenge with arms! Thank you Anna!! ❤😅

Anyone woke up stiff the next morning? My leg were sore but my neck and throat for some reason felt sore or tight. Maybe because I was tense when doing the workout trying to keep up. Great workout!

It was not a wise choice to pick a hint killer leg workout when I have not specifically trained neither my legs and neither hiit for a couple months hahahah I'm stopping here at 16 minutes this time.

Oh my gosh girl, that was KILLER! My lower half is dying. When we got to the left leg 3x split lunge and jump my legs were like nope we aint jumping, they were shaking so bad. Loved the squat and bulldog burpee, that was so fun. I may have cried a little when the words finisher popped up! 😍❣
