      I've been watching this vid for 5 years now. Whenever I go overweight, I'll do this for a month- will be fit again then back to bad eating habits without any exercise. I work in an office so walking is my only exercise.

      Chris, I am now 66 years old and still workout 3-5 times per week with my Hasfit routines. I am 184 ilbs and still no high blood pressure. Keep working out with Hasfit!

      I haven’t done this one in awhile. Geez I forgot how fast and hard it is. I used 4lb weights as well. Next up a 30 Min Tabata with a 30 min cool down walk and I’m done for the day. Thank You Coach.
