Just awful. This workout is sooooo slow. She over explains everything like she's talking with a bunch of senior citizens. This workout is all floor exercises and no cardio. The instructor should consider a different outfit as she's constantly adjusting her short-shorts. Not for me.
I love how you explain which muscles should be getting worked on…and emphasis on form over speed. I hurt my lower back in the past – am happy I found you!
