Revisiting this one as it's one of my favourite full body workouts of yours not being a fan of the "cardio" based ones and it's not too heavy on the legs or has any combination moves like the others. Good solid compound moves and the little weighted ab kicker at the end. Thanks again for all the variety you offer Caroline ๐

Girl, I have to thank you. Iโm a skier and mountain biker and Iโve been training using your workouts. Iโve had a torn ACL no surgery and a sprained MCL in past seasons.
