How long will it take to start noticing? I just started this today. I was doing power walking for 3 weeks and i just felt like it did nothing to me. So i started doing different cardio hoping to lose weight and be toned before I go to the beach in 4 weeks.

Thank you, Eleni, especially for providing so many good standing workouts. Thank you for offering solid cardio workouts without having to jump and/or/also get down on the floor–especially for this muscle group: ABS. I realize traditional floor work & the associated moves on the floor isolate the core muscles more directly while demanding more contractions / flexing of the core muscle. And that's all good. I'm just so grateful for the option to work on my core while standing which is just better for me where I am in my "fitness journey". Thank you Eleni!
