One thing I love about your videos is that you give guidance in the begening and then there's good music and your smiling beautiful face. This is all I need! No screeming with anoying uhuuu, ahaaaa, uhuuuu etc… THIS VIDEOS ARE PERFECT!!!! DON'T EVER LEAVE US! π
2nd time through. So incredibly difficult. Working the smaller muscles is important. Loved this workout. Side lying leg raises and pulses were insane!

When I first did this workout, it took me an hour to finish the video. Second time around 40 minutes π€§ I used weights both times, but after toughing it out the first time, the second time became more of a breeze to push through. I canβt wait to see results. Iβm definitely checking out more workouts by you because I couldnβt believe the difference in strength after the first time doing this workout compared to the second time.
