I watched the video. It looks great but I didn't do the workout because I have no resistance bands yet. What should I buy? What length must they have? What resistance? Thanks in advance for your reply

Well, I'm only 70, I guess, and not in shape, but I feel like these exercises — which I cannot do due to balance issues on one leg — seated are for someone over 90 years old. Sorry. My balance is terrible, I think partly because I have very, very flat and flexible feet which wibble wobble all over the place whenever I try to stand on one leg. (When I was a teenager, I could do the ballet adagio thing on the floor on one leg, but that was a very long time ago.) So, I need something much more challenging seated, or on two legs. I can do things on two legs, please. I did some very challenging strength exercises on two legs and just got tired, but they were no problem.
Can i count this as my resistance workout then do cardio workout?

Perfect exercise for an old lady with COPD. I enjoy the banter with your mother; it makes the time pass faster when I'm not thinking about my body quite so much. It's only been a week, but I can tell the difference in my balance, and my arms have a pleasant ache. Thank you!
