I usually stick to her beginner Pilates as I’ve only been doing it for about a month but I fell and bruised my knees last weekend so I tried this standing one today and WOW WOW WOW I died 😅. I’m dizzy and shaking!!! It is early morning though and I haven’t eaten hehe.

Why it calls full body workout when it is mostly glutes?
I’ve been having wrist pain so this was perfect! I still warmed up my wrist though thankful because that arm series was no joke😅 I was sweating the entire time thank you so much !

Brand new to pilates😮 This was hard but somehow seemed to end too soon. Really enjoed will continue to do this workout until I get the cues control and alignment. Chose this vid because it's standing only. That's all I can do in my space. Please post more standing pilates vids😊

This is a great combination of gentleness and challenge. TBH, I thought this is a bit too easy at first but then halfway through there were THE ARMS.
