OMG forgot how much of a workout this is. Haven't lifted in a few weeks but have stretched and would have felt lazy if all I did was stretch again. This is so so so perfectly programmed. I'm never focused on the time b/c the each exercise includes so many movements my mind is focused on the next movement / remembering the steps and before I know it the time is up. And I'm drenched. THANK YOU MADDIE!

I'm doing this in mid July to finish before school starts. I've done the other challenge and I loved it. It was hard to do it every day but I finished it regardless. On day one. Good luck to everyone who's starting school in August 😅🤞❤️

i switched to doing this workout from doing a HIIT workout every day, then 3x a week because i needed something i could do inside. i was doing the HIIT workout outside because it was loud and I didn’t have the room for it, plus it was over 90° every morning. safe to say, best decision i ever made. thank you for this workout it makes me feel great

This definitely didnt feel like it belonged in the beginner playlist. I couldn't do a lot and stopped halfway. Very discouraging. Im sure a great workout for those more in shape than I. But Im very discouraged.

Stumbled on this one because I was feeling really in between doing a lighter exercise and pushing myself. This was a perfect balance. Worked up a sweat, light breathing but got to focus on stretching. Thank you loved it.
Loved the workout – best yet, but had trouble with hearing this one – relatively loud music and echoing sound blurred the voice. I am an oldie, but not had this trouble before with your workouts.
I feel like some these motions are so far beyond me, I don't even know how to approach some of them. How do you get to lifting your entire body straight up from your shoulders and lowering your legs over you without curving your back at all? I can get my legs up there if my back is rounded way too far, as soon as I try to straighten them I'm falling over.

This type of workout is amazing. I usually do dance fitness and yoga and I love these moves to music. These type of workouts are awesome kick butt workouts. More please!!!
