      I swear Sydney can read my mind! Partway through this workout she talks about not punishing yourself, or focus on calorie burn. I had a bad blow out weekend and did just that today, doubling up workouts because I feel I let myself down.       im on my period, so its a bit uncomfortable in my stomach/lower abdomen area so i slow it down a bit, and i need more rest compared to my usual day, but determined to finish it! i am typing in the middle of my breaks, so i can hold my self accountable haha
