I swear Sydney can read my mind! Partway through this workout she talks about not punishing yourself, or focus on calorie burn. I had a bad blow out weekend and did just that today, doubling up workouts because I feel I let myself down. Thank you Sydney for reminding me this is not about punishment, this is about getting strong 😊

im on my period, so its a bit uncomfortable in my stomach/lower abdomen area so i slow it down a bit, and i need more rest compared to my usual day, but determined to finish it! i am typing in the middle of my breaks, so i can hold my self accountable haha

I am really excited to do more workouts like this in Summertime Fine. 🥵 If I could throw out one suggestion, I think longer/more structured cool downs would be a huge asset for Summertime Fine. It will help decrease the soreness that we were feeling today and just good in general for your physical and mental health. 🙂 Just some food for thought. Thanks as always, Sydney!
