I just found your videos and recently purchased a Bowflex C6. I have never done spin before and was wondering how I figure out what level I need to be on my bike to be equal with what level you are calling out? Mine starts at a level 7 which feels like nothing. Thank you

Hi , I’ve been following your exercise, I loved everything you’ve done , I loved the first 20 minutes video with hip hop songs . But this is the first time I followed 30 minutes bicycling, loved it very much but the music made me feel headache, and the migraine at the same time , I didn’t like that kind of music 😀, sorry to tell the truth . But I finished the 30 minutes work out . Thank you

I can’t, you have to stop talking once in a while and let people focus. Instructions don’t have to change every 5 seconds. You won’t let me focus and work, I’ll have to move on.

Gone back to this "beginner" session. I need to build my speed. For the first time I did not drop below 55 revs. In my 80s for all sprints. Though saying all that I feel I am definitely in Team Cooldown!

I am a beginner. What does it mean when you say turn it to 5, 6 or 7. How would I know what resistance is that.

Hi Kaleigh– I'm 9 weeks postpartum with my 2nd baby in a 3 year span. I went from running a good distance 3-4 times a week, strength training, and plenty of yoga to absolutely sedentary (think: laying on the couch and feeling sorry for myself) during my pregnancies. I gained over 60 lbs between the two, and have never lost more than a few lbs. I was feeling so defeated, tired, and run down– not to mention, in pain majority of the time. I felt like I would never achieve any sort of strength again. I found your videos a few weeks ago, and have been doing them every 2-3 days (even if it took me all day to get on that bike). My first day on the bike, I made it a whopping 8 minutes and felt like I was going to die. My second? 12 minutes. Every few days I have pushed myself to stay on that bike at least one minute more. I also have been doing your stretching video directly afterwards. Today I completed a whole 30 minutes with NO modifications. I thought to myself "Hey, I don't feel so weak anymore". I'm starting to feel like maybe I'll be able to achieve strength and endurance goals again. Maybe I'll be able to run again. I've been going for walks, and finding motivation to do more things for myself. I have more energy during the day. I just wanted to say thanks for giving me hope again. I appreciate you more than you'll ever know.
Lol I know this video is a year old but I haven't worked out in 6+ months and found your video and your energy and personality is what really got me through the entire workout that yesterday if you would of told me I was going to do a 30min cycling class I would of thought you were nuts! Thank you for this video and your continued hard work you are really helping to make a difference in people's lives! : )

This video is a gem, I’ve had a break and got a much bigger bike with a heavier fly wheel and was really struggling with videos I was ok with before. This video is really building me back up again and helping me learn the resistance on the new bike 🚴 thank yooooooouuu xxxx

Not only do I feel GREAT and motivated after a workout, your words and information are truly encouraging. Sometimes I forget a screen is between us. I also suffer with anxiety and depression, so going to a gym is the last thing I want to do, maybe one day I will hit the gym, and it'll sure as hell be your motivation that'll get me there! Hurt my back over a week ago and can not seem to rest enough to not make it mad again. Haven't rode since the live ride on Saturday and hoping that was a enough time of resting to dive back in. Decided to go with a goodie of a video and test the back fingers crossed we are good and it is back to training I go!!

Keep doing that 🙏 I loved your workout and i must admit at first i decided to follow your class simply because of your lovely pug lol. I have two of my own so it makes me smile while i do my workout. Last week I did the 20 min classes but decided to challenge myself with this one. Was surprised that I got thru it! I'm very new to indoor cycling. I appreciate that you're so encouraging for all levels of skill and just doing what you can. It really helps to push thru!
