Usually I love to do dance cardios and have done the videos from so many trainers. Definitely didn't feel this one. It was all over the place, instructions were unclear, few steps were only done on one side and never repeated on the other so felt little imbalanced. This might be fun when you come to it again and again, but if first time experience is not good I doubt people will come back for it. Though loved the energy of the trainer.

This was fail
I really wanted to like this workout. Unfortunately, the directions were a hindrance as the video is not mirrored and a lot of the steps were introduced too quickly with the wrong cues. I also didn't particularly like that the sides weren't balanced in all of the excersises.

Wonderful direction and cheering up! I’ll have to try better since today I did it for the first time and was difficult to follow but I loved it and I am thankful for the non-jumping modifications!

I done this workout a few times, so I decided to do it again! It's so much fun to do! 😅 The arm series literally made my arms burning! I tried my best not to put them down, but I had to keep going! The video should have been mirrored because it became a bit confusing to follow. Also, I know this video was made 5 years ago, but as someone who is trying to be intentional about working out to feel good and expressive, I didn't like how her language was targeted towards women's insecure areas. I know this wouldn't bother everyone, but I'm a bit sensitive because of my eating disorder.
This video is TERRIBLE, it seems like is Amanda looking good is the priority, very hard to follow in the middle of the video, please not more videos with Amanda, she goes too fast and is not clear with the instructions! So frustrating!!!
Better to use the commands for “left/right” based on what the watcher is seeing. I thought this was standard. Very confusing for you to talk about your right when mirror image I’m on my left.

WAY too many ads
One of the most pointless workouts on Youtube and definitely the lowest of Popsugar. I'm not made of wood, I do aerobic on a regular basis, I can dance moderately well but I just couldn't follow most of the moves. A waste of half an hour. Sorry that I had to say this, otherwise the instructor is very positive and full of energy 🙂 but she's not a good instructor.
