CORE was TOUGH!!
I had to take about a month off due to a foot injury, so this was a great first workout back!

Loved this one! For me the hardest was the upper body circuit! Man were my shoulders burning by the end! And that tricep work with elevated legs was a toughie! Could really feel my abs working to stabilize. This was a great one! 💪🏽💕
I crushed it
Whew loved this work out!! It felt like it FLEW by and I was focusing so hard on my reps during the circuits that I couldn't even look at the clock. My 3 top priorities to focus on for the rest of the month 1. Hydration. I need more water. 2. Writing! 3 pages a day when I'm not at work. and 3. Sleep sleep sleep. I need to get enough sleep and maintain a healthy sleep schedule. Thank you Sydney!
