Holy Bananas, this one was GREAT! The moves were straightforward but challenging, my favorite type of workout – so nice to see Jared and Becky back too 🙂
Here is why I love this workout:
-you get reasons to eat protein packed beef
-the format is challenging but fun
-lindsey's instructions are as always enthusiastic and encouraging
-She has Becky and Jared who are awesome real life people going through the workout with you
-and it's a hit + cardio full body workout in 30 mins. what more can you ask for??
Love how much this video made me sweat! When I do the leg lowers or scissor chops, my hip bones pop every time my legs go up and down. Can you recommend any stretches or exercises that help this?

Wow, tune in for a workout, end up getting advertised beef as a health food?? Forget the 'amazing protein content', beef and red meat in general is a LEADING cause of heart disease, and the farming of cows is a leading cause of climate change. Love Nourish Move Love but this kind of propaganda and misinformation is irresponsible and that hit me like a ton of bricks. I expect more accountability of NML usually.
