Whoo you guys have my arms looking jacked I love it! Also the music you pick for the workouts is awesome! You've turned me on to some Ghost Beatz. I've started shazamming (is that a word?) all your music from the workouts because I like it all so much I want to listen to it when I'm not working out. It would be awesome if you made playlists for the workouts too!! You guys have an ear for music that fits perfect with the workouts. I love all your videos keep up the awesome work!

First of all Toya you are strong girl! I strive for this level of strength. 2nd time doing weights with yall, first was the light weight workout. I was a little nervous doing this but again I surprised myself at how strong I was. Loving these workouts and love yall energy 💪🏾
Anniversary challenge day 2 – upping my weights from 3kg to 4.5kg had me shaking, i did have to use the 3kgs a couple of times though! Loved the exercise though, ready to smash out the next 4 weeks!

J&T let me say thank you. I’m 58 and was doing a CV workout daily and added weight training every other day. I was only doing 15 minutes of weightlifting because it was boring. Found you guys a month ago and now I do strength training for 30 minutes every other day and I can see the difference. The music and how you break down the sets has made me a life long follower. You guys are Awesome.

I found this workout very demanding of my back. I commented this so if you feel like you might have a less strong back (like me) then I'd recommend doing a little more of a warm up that can help you activate your back and stretch it. Also, this is not a 30 minute work out. It's a 23 ish minute workout with a warm up and a cool down, which is fine!! Just wanted to put that out there for anyone who would mind. It's pretty heavily focussed on arms and abs I found as well, even though it says full body, my full body didn't feel equally burned out but everybody is different! Either way, I would do it again! Just heading to another video now to work my legs a bit more since I have the time today !
