I've completed some of the Arise workouts, but now I'm planning, Lord willing, to go through them in order this month! Doing 3 workouts a week is doable and a good push for me at the moment, and I'm excited to push myself and grow this month! <3 Praise God for life and the ability to move and get stronger
Seven and a half weeks postpartum and I am SO GLAD to be back doing your workouts. Will probably follow your lead and only do the three workouts a week through this programs and then some yoga in between. I can tell it’s going to take me awhile to work back up to where I was before having my son. But glad to be adding a bit of normalcy back into my life!
I didn't have paper plates or sliders so what did I use? I used oven mitts! Worked a treat. I'll admit I've been away from working out for a few weeks for a variety of reasons, so just like you, I was getting back into the swing of things and doing my best.

Been busy from schoolworks and I decided to do things for my body as well and yes, i am back at it again!!
Did this workout about 5 hours ago. Achiness kicked in 1 hour post workout. Been a while since I've worked out too.
Started arise today, my first real workout in over 3 months. First real workout with weights since having a hip replacement done. I feel good and trying hard to focus on the positives and not the negatives. Thanks Sydney!!!!!!
After healing from a torn hamstring and surgery on my ACL, happy to say I was able to hop in and workout with you again! I’m still healing and on the road of recovery but it felt good to get the all clear to be Abel to workout again! Starting with this program to get my body use to working out again. Ready to RISE UP and get strogner again! This leg needs all the help it can get 💪🏻
You have to know how loved you are! Loved & appreciated for being real, honest, motivating, inspiring … for so many reasons. I have lost muscle mass & gained weight (haven't been this heavy & out of shape since having my 1st child in 2010) and I've been feeling so defeated. THANK YOU for the reminder to simply START WHERE YOU ARE and go from there. For some reason, I NEEDED this reminder! So excited to do this ARISE program w/ you! All the best Sydney!!
AMRAP was the prefect format for me today. This is my first workout with you since giving birth to my second child, three months ago. I was doing easier, shorter workout in order to strengthen my core, and I finally feel ready for your challenging workouts. I worked to my own pace, paying attention to my core and breathing. I did most of it with no dumbbells and it wasn't easy, but I'm only going to get stronger. Thank you!

Thank you so much for being here and starting off from the beginning after 10 weeks. I had to have someone of a partial hysterectomy in July and had a couple running injuries. It feels good to know we’re not alone. Also, I appreciate that this video is not at all. Thank you so much. I don’t feel alone or intimated. 😊
