Great work out – however should turn down the mic of everyone who's not the leader here. As the girl in the back left is much louder than everyone else – quite distracting to my workout!
This was my first follow along popsugar workout in a lot of years. Apart from few minor cuing issues what was a great overall workout was marred by incessant hooting, talking and loud noise. I think the lady on the background doing the advanced version is probably a professional or personal friend of the instructor but that doesn't give one the right to act constantly distracting, literally drowning the bgm n often the instructor herself ! Or maybe it's the policy of popsugar to keep it overchatty.
Just my opinion, and also why I avoided the previous workouts of Popsugar cos u never get the time to pay attention to your form with all this added noise. I would have liked to revisit this workout, but truly won't be doing it again cos my ears can't handle it.
But otherwise it's a great workout.
No offense meant.
I only did five minutes today but it's a start, I'll be back later to do more 🙂
maybe its my first comment on videos here. But i wanted to thank you ladies for bringing me in a good mood after doing a workout and not feeling bad about myself. Loved this Workout.
Loved this workout, it has already become one of my favorites. I get my steps in & break a sweat. My 1.5yr old also likes to join in with me 💓

Loved it because today I did not feel like working out, haven’t been in a few days been in a funk, and this was perfect low impact for me to get back on track 💙💚
First time with pop sugar, far too much chatter going on & can’t hear the music & that scream every ten seconds, what’s that about !!! Otherwise could have been an enjoyable workout
of course, all bodies are good bodies BUT it was such a sweet relief to see people with medium + big bodies in a PopSugar video <3

I loved pop sugar workouts but I won’t be able to workout to them if we’re gonna have 150 woohs in every video. Super annoying.

You cannot tell me that being obese doesn't affect your physical health. The plus size girl took all the easiest options and was so sweaty and out of breath while the other 2 women barely seemed affected at all, even taking the harder options.

Love the inclusivity here — but really turned off by the "new season" set change and trend appeal. I loved old Popsugar specifically because it felt like an anti-influencer style space, where the focus was just a good work out, not to wear the latest gym apparel or like, look perfectly glow-y while doing it.
I still love & highly support Popsugar, just throwing some alt. feedback out there that the vibe is definitely different. I'll stick to the old workouts which I still love and swear by!
The constant "whoaaaah" was a little disturbing 🙈
