Did NOT expect to get absolutely decimated by this workout. 10/10
I love pop sugar trainings, but this is not for beginers or the ones which are not in condition and flexible…
Even tho I liked the variety in moves, I felt like I could hardly keep up, even when I modified. And the need to keep alternating between on your feet and down on the ground was a bit much. I doubt I'll be doing this workout again anytime soon.
This is a very old video. I came across this because of the pandemic when all gyms were closed. This is one of the worst cardio workout on Popsugar for me. One word to describe- it is a Chopsuey.
No equipment? I take that to mean you need nothing at all to do this workout and a mat is definitely needed.

Tried your workout for the first time this afternoon for my cardio workout. Amazing intense workout ladies!!! I am really feeling it mostly in my legs!!
When it gets tough, I just focus on timing my breath with the movements.
I couldn’t tell whether I was crying or sweating lol. This was intense but I completed it💪🏼
This was hard and I loved it! Thank you. I will so work on my donkey kicks now.
I take 1 hr for a 30 min workout with rests. Is it ok?
When a workout gets hard, I try to quiet my thoughts and just trust my body. Your mind will give up a hundred times before your body does! If I have to modify, that’s fine — it’s about getting stronger, not being at your best from the get go.

I had so much fun doing this workout! Popsugar always has the best cardio workouts and such awesome trainers. Love the positive vibe and encouragement. Hard, but a blast!
I just wish there was a workout that was really centered around the donkey kick!
I'm doing slow bicycle crunches as my one year old is crawling on me then I hear you say you have a one year old I lol! 10 mins left of the work out and I smell poop
