I'm not a huge lover of cardio so I wasn't too excited about this workout. I don't know how Sydney did it, but I found myself really enjoying this one. I didn't pause the video multiple times to get a break. I just followed Sydney's pace. It was a challenge to push myself, but I felt so powerful at the end for having done so.

I used to hate cardio so much. Especially the mountain climber haha. But after 1 month of working out with you, I start to like cardio a bit better and the mountain climber movement gets a lot easier ❤️

I love how Sydney always takes into account all fitness levels. Even years after doing these on youtube she always takes into account all levels, the beginners and the pros. Another thing is her ending speeches are always spot on to what I am feeling. Thankful that I found her <3

So happy I found y our workouts. Thank you. As a traveling flight nurse, it’s sometimes hard to get to the gym in the hotels. Also, since menopause, it’s so hard to maintain my weight. Please, keep your videos coming. I love them.
