Hi Amy! I love your workouts especially the modifications for people with limitations. I have always been a huge work out person but then 7 years ago I came down with Lymes Disease and POT'S. Unfortunately my limitations are huge! I was wondering if you have any workouts for POT'S patients? There are a lot of us that struggle with wanting to workout! Thanks!

I loved this workout!!! It definitely made me sweat! Whew… I also like the modifications that helps a lot on some of the exercise that are a little tough for me to do 🙂thanks Amy. I used to do your workouts a couple of years ago but stopped because I didn't think I would get a good workout , because I was so used to doing the strenuous, super fast paced exercises, that I eventually hurt myself with, and did not help me to really lose weight. So I was wrong. I am so glad I started doing your workouts again. Today I got on the scale and am down 2 more pounds yay!!!! Slow and steady….it is coming off!!!!

I liked the progression of the moves. Helped the time go quicker. Personally, it is more motivating if you do the moves the entire time with us but I can also see how some people might like the extra look at how to do the move as they do it
