Guys, never did this workout without streching. Soon after i did this, i went to hospital because of breathing problem. They told me that i hurt my muscle on my back and chest. I won t able to do any sports for a couple of weeks… unfortunately this workout made me cry. Just wanted to warn.
This is a damn good exercise. If you r a slim person and want to be fit and strong, go for it.

Been doing this once a week (with other workouts on other days) for the last 6 weeks. I'm getting better at the ab stuff (even if I have to take breaks or pause to have time to finish the reps). But more than that all of my pants are now loose from the waist down to the knees. It's a nice problem to have!

Day 1: Not kidding, it's quite difficult but I am gonna keep going.
Day 2: Today was a bit better than yesterday, but I really shake and can't do with any exercise with the legs up but gotta to keep going!
Day 3: Today's workout completed 🥳
Loved this! Worked everything from arms, butt, abz and legs. tested your flexiblity and balance.
Doing 50 reps really pushes you endurance too.

I looove this routine! I’m Really seeing results after doing it less than 5x. Firmer abs and thinner inner thighs 🤯😍. Best part: the dynamic downward dog is healing my chronic shoulder pain 🐶❤️.

Heyyyy! A big thank you for sharing all the amazing work. I am following most of the workouts. Just a small suggestion, kindly arrange subtitles the way they don't block trainers. We can't really see trainer while they are on mat. Thank you once again

This is usually my period workout because you don't have to jump or move that much but you're still effectively training the muscles. I love it
I love this workout, I've been adding this to my mix of workouts for years. This is a killer underneath all that sheep's clothing, because it looks tame…trust me, it's not!
Although I gotta be honest, just the constant mention of "it's good coz it doesn't bulk" is unnecessary, because what's wrong with bulking, right? Mention it once and that's already good.
