I've been searching for senior exercises which would increase my stamina and avoid pains in joints. Thank God I saw this post. Im starting the exercise.

A year ago, Rheumatoid Arthritis stole my life and movement. I went from having an over abundance of energy to being crippled with pain and a prisoner of my couch… Then I found this video. I just started working with Cindy and I feel like I'm making real progress in regaining strength, endurance and movement. Thank you Cindy!

Perfect! 70 shortly. Moved house recently. With covid etc hadn’t got back into proper exercise routine even though been doing strenuous gardening. Great one to get back into things. Can take more difficult too if you add that. Thank you!

Hi Ms Cyndy, i saw the video of your injury. So, how are you?
You can do a little more intense.
I have to divide this up in 2 different sessions, I cannot do the whole thing at once. My joints cannot do some of these in such a quick pace,so I slow it down. I’m 68 but have had too many sport injuries & surgeries due to exercise over the last 10 years.
Just worked through this workout. Loved it and will keep working through it every couple of days. Many thanks.

I read articles on Zumba that we need to drink water bc we will sweat and don't want to get dihydrated. And, she is working all the muscles it seems with ease.

I’ve been doing various Cindy work outs every morning for 3 months or so and it’s made such a difference to my posture and balance (& fitness I guess) I’m sixty one and feel sure if it wasn’t for Cindy I wouldn’t feel so loose & free in my movements

It's a fun workout, but really annoying to have ads interrupt multiple times in the middle of the workout. I understand the need for ads, but not like that.
