When I was in my late teens I did cardio like crazy with another YouTube. I feel like that's all we ever did! Well, I ended up feeling burned out from working out in general. The workouts were not fun for me. They seemed more like torture and felt like the videos were soooo long😭I lost a lot of weight but I ended up feeling burned out. I was freaking exhausted and I hated the thought of doing cardio ever again.
Your videos are truly life saving jo. When I was at my lowest with my anxiety, I was able to workout with you a couple of times. I remember sobbing one day because all I wanted was to move my body and I managed to finish the video plus I had fun. That day I felt so good about myself. You helped me find my strength many days. My favorite part was to see you smile. I also love how you don't talk in your videos sometimes. As someone who constantly feels overwhelmed this helps!!I felt clear minded and mentally well rested. You allowed me to mentally pause overthinking and just MOVE.
You're an angel Jo. You're a gift from god and I hope others who are struggling mentally find your channel.

You are amazing and I feel blessed to have found your channel a few short months ago. I like to workout, but have my challenges and down right lazy days. But then I remember, you have workouts for everything! I have knee issues and found one of your chair workouts! Your Gospel workouts are wonderful! Hi! I'm 30 and since the begininng of the year I've been having really bad luck with my health…
since april I was completely blocked with such bad back pain I couldn't stay nor standing nor seated…horrible…I was leaning all on my right side…only when lying down I had a bit of relief…it took so long to have a visit and some physiotherapy (like the end of july and august). Now I can move but still sitting down for more than 20 min is a no no. I had reached my max weight (82kg) and to me I was unrecognisable…super puffy and all…I also stopped some meds that my doctor said they were no good with my chronic migraine (the pill,like…they prescribed it to me years ago no problem and now it is😅)…and well in 3 months with a good control on my intake of calories and walks as much as I could stand I lost 8kg. That is good already, I've not been this weight for years…but I want to go back to be healthy as much as I can.
I do have some difficulties in finding exercises simple enough to not stress my back or also not put me in a position to develop a migraine(is nitpicking,but yeah I have to be careful especially with exercises on the ground if) and really I found your routine perfect for this! I tried to follow a few videos. They make me move, but not have a bad burden on my back. And at least to me is so different to se someone smiling so much during a workout, I can't help but smile back. It puts me in a good mood to enjoy the workout as much as I can. (I still cannot do the full hour one,but I'm getting close)

Four months pregnant with our first baby and so thankful for this workout. My hips and sciatica have been acting up this second trimester, but seeing you move around with your cute baby bump has inspired me to get up and get moving as well! The past 6 months I’ve been hating my body so much. More than I already did the last 4 years….. I’ve been trying hard for a month on a calorie deficit and 30min cardio and the scale Did Not move…… Decided to try your workouts and GIRL I’m on day 2 & I feel freakn amazing!!! I know physically there’s no difference yet but my health mentally has improved drastically. I’m loving myself already & I’m eager and excited to workout everyday! Thank you so much!!!!! Hi! 😊 Weight has always been an issue for me. I have Hashimoto's disease and about 2 years ago from today I went from 170 lbs to about 205 now. I'm still not sure why. With no explaination from my doctor (I was, at the time, hitting 15-20k steps a day too!!), I felt soo completely defeated, and I've been feeling like that for awhile until I decided to make a change!! It's (only!) week two and I'm feeling so good! Your words are encouraging and empowering! Your smile is contagious, just when I think I'm going to tap out or rest, I feel so happy and motivated, I find myself giggling and keep going! I'm so happy I found your channel. I think I can finally take back control and be a better version of myself. I'm excited to see where my honey journey goes. Thank you Jo!!!!! 🎉😊
I haven’t worked out in about a month because I started my second semester of nursing school and have been overwhelmed. I have PCOS and with a lot of hard work and dedication I lost over 100 pounds and I have been using your workouts to maintain because they are fun and challenging and half the battle is finding a workout/program that you love and can stick to, and I have had no problem finding that here!
