Very nicely put together, low impact but very effective sweated alright .just what I needed for hiit thankyou heather.
It does not say on description how many cal burnt ,please also add that .

Yes, I definitely love this sesh. I’m past 50 and I welcome more knee friendly cardio workout. Tough on the heart but doesn’t injure my knees.

New favourite HIIT! I have YOPD and have to get my heart rate up to 85% of maximum evvvery day. Currently have patellar tendonitis so my usual workouts are a struggle, this one is just perfect, thank you!

For anyone looking for a truly knee friendly workout, this is not the one. There are little jumps scattered throughout and shallow lunges at 11:33. I just walked in place for those parts then ended up having to quit. I'm left disappointed and with knee pain.
I come back to this one again and again when my body feels overworked and tight yet I still want to sweat and keep up my strength. Thanks Heather…no slouching here even when no lunging or jumping. <3

Favorite cardio workout ever! No dread, fun, and mysteriously burns almost as many calories (per my fitness tracker) as the 2.0 workouts (and they are longer). Love that it barely goes to the floor too. I do this one pretty much every week. Thank you, Heather! ❤ Please feel free to make more like this! 😃

I am so glad I found this. Lyme disease wrecked my left knee a year ago and while I'm much better now, I sometimes get the arthritis flare-ups and I have to watch what I do when I exercise. Usually low-impact workouts don't really do much but I was definitely sweating after this. Going on my regular rotation!
