Hi Deepthi, your workouts are too good. I am following your power walk daily. But while doing this i have a question here can i continue this power walk after my ovulation days also while trying to conceive. Or need to stop after ovulation window. Can you answer me on this. Thank you for your different types of workouts for healthy wellbeing.
