Does anyone still do these workouts? I found them a little over a year ago whilst I was wanting to lose weight but too self conscious to do any activity outside my house. I switch between this one, the other 30 minute beginner and the 30 minute fat burn and am 102 pounds down!!! When I started I was barely able to keep up with Claudia.. now I’m faster than coach and use two 3kg dumbbells!!!🙂🙂 thank you so much for these videos

OMG I just completed this one for the first time and I'm so happy that I could complete it, even most the way through with 2kg weights 💪 I wanted to lose weight and get in shape, especially for my wedding reception this month. So glad I found this channel. This was workout#2 with you and I planning more
This is no joke! Its a good full body workout but it was tough for me, I modified and did as many reps as I could! Will keep working at it!

Thank you guys! This was really a fun cardio workout, the only move im not keen on is the lunge and twist, I changed that to a lunge and bicep curl. Loved it 275c. 💪

I found your videos more flexible and it’s easy to exercise when following coach , when caches give ling seiches before getting to point i want to switch of, thanks for strait forward and clear movements, Im 46 and suffering from sciatica pain , i love it and i intended to continue .All the best❤️❤️❤️

I started a diet and fitness routine back in February to help lose weight and gain my strength back, after almost 18 months of inactivity due to surgeries. Shortly into my new program, I broke a bone in my foot and was unable to continue with my daily walking routine. A friend of mine recommended the HASfit sitting workouts to keep me active while I was healing. I was hooked after the first one! I have since moved onto the low impact cardio and HIIT workouts, but I LOVE these videos! I have been able to lose almost 25 lbs and 2 sizes; and my strength has increased ever more dramatically. Thanks HASfit team; I couldn't have done this without you!
This one was great for my son who has sensory processing disorder. And we worked up a sweat.

I've done it, but the last few times, really shakey and couldn't go for very long. So in my mind I see me gracefully chillin on my board (like I see my cousin and others!) That's the Real me I once was and I will be again in my late 50's. I also picture hikes with my grown kids not getting tired and achey. THank you guys!! You're truly changing people's lives. I am 20 years old and three years ago I have been diagnosed with a chronic hip injury. I have been playing voleyboll (profesionally) and ever since I have quitted I could never enjoy another exercise. Since the start of pandemic, I have started doing yoga and doing low impact cardio workouts from your channel. Because I can't jump or run, I have to do low impact workout which I have found too boring or not enough challenging for me. Even though your workouts are low impact I have found myself to be challenged and enjoying them! Thank you so much for creating these low impact workouts in an era where you are pressuered to do high-intensity HIT workouts etc… Now, thanks to you I can enjoy workouts without feeling any pain 🙂 I am grateful for this channel, sending love and peace from Turkey xx
