I loved, very efective, I'm 53 and was so great, diferent from other programs, short , but very efective, I loved the combination of excercise
Great workouts. The variety is great and I definitely feel the burn even with less weights.
Man this was a challenging one but I absolutely loved it! I would love more 20 minute total body strength workouts just because I don't have as much time in the mornings before work but I love all of your total body dumbbell videos!

I, too, love the modifiers! When I was in 7th grade (in the 70's), my social studies teacher would make students do wall sits if they were late to class. The position would have to be held while she sloooowly took attendance. My thighs burned then just like they did today during this workout. Mrs. Dilley (appropriately nickednamed Mrs. Dill Pickle) will forever be ingrained in my 🧠

Love your workouts. I really like that they're slow and controlled, so even when my 2-year-old decides to run circles around me, I can dodge him easily. 😅 I've been following the Winter Workout lately, and I can really feel my muscles engaging. I have gotten noticeably stronger and more toned since I started using your workouts about two months ago. Your narration and demonstrations are easy to follow without being too chatty so we can really focus on the movements. Wonderful job all around, keep up the good work!

Thanks for showing modifications and the moves with or without dumbbells. I stopped working out and found your channel. I hope to feel good, healthy, and strong. Just curious, do you make knee-friendly or even hip-friendly (if that's a thing) workouts? I noticed my knees and hips would pop and get uncomfortable after a while and had to stop the lunges/squats. I am 29 and have arthritis unfortunately so I feel very limited with my exercises.

Love it. I only have 12 LB weight at home. When I did wide bicep curls and nd two little presses diagonally out are hard for me. Very challenging. I did my best to finish it. Thank you for sharing your awesome workout. This is apartment friendly home workout. Looking forward to watching more of these kinds of video from you.
