      I appreciate your encouragement to lift heavy. I used 20lb at the beginning of this workout but finished using 15lb. It was a challenging. This is a must do twice workout 🙂

      hey! I recently found your channel nd love ur videos and the fact that you include cool down stretches and warmup <3
      i was wondering is one's bicep pain supposed to last more than 48 hrs while you are doing other body parts too like your push workouts within those 48 hrs?
      cause mine is hurting a lot when i try to fully straighten my left arm , i hope i didn't overdid it by a lot.

      I finished the workout lying face planted on my mat, unable to get up from my last superman burpee. I managed the whole workout with my super heavy purple dumbbells thanks to your encouragement though!! Nourish Move Love you are like my own daily personal trainer in my own garage! Thank you!!

I fight terrible fatigue in the morning and I don’t want to do it. I finally do it and feel like I can conquer the world!       I did this workout on the upper floor gym of my University. Im very pleased to have come across your channel, I’ve been looking for a consistent workout program to stick to and yours is perfect. I will say tho- since i was surrounded by people i replaced the jabs with burpees because i felt uncomfortable being seen punching the air LMAO. but great video quality and workouts. Definitely subscribed!

      I still love this workout so much. I did this one today instead of the cardio abs. Yesterday was a rest day, because I joined the live workout on Thursday. But I really wanted to do this workout! And that's the end of workout plan 8. Really proud of myself for completing it! And I think after this I will repeat the split strong plan.       This was so tough and sweaty and FUN! I do the same thing, holding the dumbbells to tight. Oftentimes I don't notice it until my hands start to hurt. Btw no more pain in the lower back! Definitely going to repeat this workout ☺️
