Wow i didnβt do this one in a long time and it was such a killer π₯. So hard and sweaty loved it! Felt so athletic although I used my 8 lbs for biceps haha!

i was wondering is one's bicep pain supposed to last more than 48 hrs while you are doing other body parts too like your push workouts within those 48 hrs?
cause mine is hurting a lot when i try to fully straighten my left arm , i hope i didn't overdid it by a lot.

I did this workout on the upper floor gym of my University. Im very pleased to have come across your channel, Iβve been looking for a consistent workout program to stick to and yours is perfect. I will say tho- since i was surrounded by people i replaced the jabs with burpees because i felt uncomfortable being seen punching the air LMAO. but great video quality and workouts. Definitely subscribed!

I still love this workout so much. I did this one today instead of the cardio abs. Yesterday was a rest day, because I joined the live workout on Thursday. But I really wanted to do this workout! And that's the end of workout plan 8. Really proud of myself for completing it! And I think after this I will repeat the split strong plan. Thank you so much for all the awesome workouts! ππ€

This was so tough and sweaty and FUN! I do the same thing, holding the dumbbells to tight. Oftentimes I don't notice it until my hands start to hurt. Btw no more pain in the lower back! Definitely going to repeat this workout βΊοΈ
